the location was fantastic, not that you would ever know, considering how hidden it is. the tiny elevator would’ve been a cute touch if it could fit my luggage. I definitely expected fresh towels every day, but instead, I got rough ones. Oh, and a complimentary drink would’ve been nice, but I guess luxury is a strong word here.

I also found the bed to be uncomfortable, impacting my sleep quality. Additionally, the towels provided were rough and thin, which was not what I expected from a luxury stay. Overall, I felt the accommodations did not meet the luxury standards promised.
